- More advanced combinations (position → transition → finish)
- Faster drilling with sharper details and higher expectations
- Situational rounds that force good decisions, not just memorized moves
- More live rolling than Intro/101 or Fundamentals

- Deeper systems: reactions, counters, and follow-up attacks
- Problem-solving rounds with specific constraints so you learn faster
- Competition preparation and ruleset awareness (IBJJF, ADCC, and common local formats)
How We Train
We still teach with structure and coaching — just with more layers, more problem-solving, and more chances to apply what you learn in live rounds:
- Technical instruction with clear details and common counters
- Focused drilling — precision first, then speed
- Situational rounds starting from specific positions
- Live rounds with coaching cues and feedback
