This policy explains what information SuperFly BJJ LLC ("SuperFly BJJ," "we," "us") collects when you use superflybjj.com or interact with our gym, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose.

What We Collect

• Booking and lead information. When you book a class or submit a signup form, we collect your name, email, and phone number through Gymdesk, our gym-management platform, which processes that data on our behalf.
• Contact form messages. When you use the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, and message are emailed to us so we can reply.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
• Advertising. With your consent where required, we use advertising tools from Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure whether our ads work and to reach people who may be interested in training.

Children's Information

Our kids' programs are set up for parents and guardians: we collect the parent or guardian's contact information, never data from children directly. Our forms state this. Any information about your child (like age for class placement) is provided by you and used only to run the program.

• To understand and improve how the website performs
• To measure advertising, with consent where required

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that make the site and gym run (Gymdesk for bookings, Google for analytics/ads, Meta for ads, Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery) — each bound to use it only to provide their service.

Cookies & Your Choices

The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked before any non-essential cookies are set. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info.

Retention

We keep booking and membership records while you're a member and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes. Contact form emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@superflybjj.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
