Programs
Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Gi and No-Gi classes for every level — from your first day on the mats to advanced competition training.

SuperFly BJJ offers adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for every interest and skill level: start with self-defense fundamentals, train for competition, or join our Intro to BJJ/101 program to build a rock-solid foundation. We offer both Gi and No-Gi adult programs, with classes running seven days a week from early morning to evening.
What sets us apart from other Jiu-Jitsu gyms in the area is our culture. We pride ourselves on a clean, modern facility where mutual respect and encouragement thrive. Here, you'll train alongside a diverse community of students who celebrate progress, not perfection. No egos, no pressure, only a shared passion for growth.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have zero experience. Where do I start?
Start with any All Levels or Beginners class — or just book a free class and we’ll point you to the right one. Our Intro to BJJ/101 classes are built specifically for brand-new students.
Do I need to buy a gi before my first class?
No gear needed for your first class — just comfortable athletic clothes. If you continue with Gi classes, we’ll help you pick a uniform.
How fit do I need to be?
You don’t. Fitness comes as a byproduct of training — classes can burn up to 900 calories per session, and everyone works at their own pace.
Can I compete?
Yes. Many of our adults train recreationally, and those who want to compete get structured competition preparation with coaches who actively compete at a high level.
